Refund policy

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out, and you change your mind. No stress, we’ve got you covered.

If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return any T-shirt or shorts item within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as:

1. It was purchased directly from our website.
2. The item is unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
3. All original tags (if any) are still attached.
   
   

How to Start a Return

Just shoot us an email at mouthtrapyouth@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps. Easy as that.

A Few Things to Note

1. We do not cover return shipping costs at this time.
2. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
3. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
